(1) Product features: molybdenum carbide has the characteristics of high melting point and hardness, good thermal stability, mechanical stability and excellent corrosion resistance. Molybdenum carbide Mo2C = 203.88, containing 5.89% carbon, is dark gray metallic powder, and its crystal is close packed hexagonal lattice. The density is 9.18g/cm3 and the melting point is 2690 ℃. As a new type of functional material with high melting point and hardness, good thermal stability and mechanical stability, excellent corrosion resistance.


(2) Product application: widely used in various fields of high temperature resistance, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It has the electronic structure and catalytic properties similar to noble metals, and can be widely used as catalysts for reactions involving hydrogen, such as alkane isomerization, unsaturated hydrocarbon hydrogenation, hydrodesulfurization and denitrification. It has high hardness, wear resistance and scratch resistance. It is an important component of molybdenum carbide hard coating and other cermet coating. It can also be used as wear-resistant and scratch resistant coating.
