(1) Product features: lead gray lustrous powder, synthetic black. The sublimation begins at 450 ℃. Soluble in aqua regia and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, insoluble in water and dilute acid. Relative density (d1515) 5.06. It's irritating.


(2) Product application: molybdenum disulfide is mainly used in aerospace, automobile industry, mechanical industry, electronic communication, etc. it is a good solid lubricating material. Under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature, high load, high speed, chemical corrosion and modern ultra vacuum, it has excellent lubricity for the equipment. Powder lubrication is mainly used for metal wire drawing, interior coating of weapon bore wall, etc. Through the organic blending of plate lubrication, a lubricating sliding plate or block is generated for the translation and rolling lubrication of large equipment. It can be added in lubricating oil, grease, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, paraffin and stearic acid to improve lubrication and reduce friction, prolong lubrication cycle, reduce cost and improve working conditions. The preparation of anti-corrosion materials provides a new market for molybdenum disulfide, and provides anti-corrosion protection for pipelines and tower cauldrons in petroleum, chemical industry and other industries through film making and spraying technology for the stability of oxy free acid.
