(1) Product supply: silicon nitride is an important structural ceramic material. It is a super hard material with lubricity and wear resistance. It is an atomic crystal. It is resistant to oxidation at high temperature. Moreover, it can resist the impact of cold and heat. When heated to over 1000 ℃ in the air, it will cool rapidly and then heat rapidly without breaking. Because of its excellent properties, silicon nitride ceramics are often used to make bearings, turbine blades, mechanical seal rings, permanent molds and other mechanical components.
